Hmmm, for something that's no threat to national security,
there does seem to be a rather large cloak of secrecy wrapped
around them under the guise of "national security".
Now, you know me as a skeptic (skeptibunker?). But I tend
to find myself in the middle, equally skeptical of both sides.
While I know of no evidence that indicates without doubt that
there are or ever have been alien visitations to Earth, I also
know of no evidence that shows there haven't been either. This
is a difficult position to be in - equally distanced from both
sides of the discussion - but it is, in my never humble opinion,
a rational approach to the question of an alien element being
involved with these events.
With the NSA's response to CAUS compared to the above
statement, I think I have reason to be skeptical of the
government's position (or lack thereof) as well.
JS> At any rate, it's about the closest the government has come to
JS> admitting the existance of UFOs.
*chuckling* ... some admission. Er, was it an election
year?
Michael
