MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02
 
      Title: Glazed Vegetables
 Categories: Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 c  Broccoli
      1 c  Mushrooms
      1 c  Cauliflower
      1 c  Carrot
    3/4 c  Water
      1 tb Soy sauce
      1 pk Chicken broth
    1/4 ts Garlic
      1 tb Cornstarch
 
  Steam veggies for 10 minutes.  Combine remaining ingredients and stir
  to dissolve cornstarch.  Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
  Cook 1 minute while stirring.  Remove from heat.  Place veggies in
  dish. Add sauce and toss till veggies are glazed 2 veg and 10 opt
  calories
