I have noticed that this echo has slowed down considerably since the summer 
has begun. What's everyone doing this summer? I know some of you go 
year-round, and one or two of you are in the midst of preparing for a move. 
Are the rest of you all ready for the fall semester already?
I have gotten a couple of GCBooks catalogues over the past month or so. 
That's the kind of catalog I love to look at - informative, books not overly 
expensive, good ideas abounding in them. Admittedly, on a small budget I 
wouldn't be able to order every book I want to read in there, and a perusal 
of our library database shows me that few of the books are available in our 
public library. The only alternative, I suppose, is ILL - but even that gets 
expensive. (Sometimes it is actually cheaper to buy the book!) Anyone have 
any ideas on this?
