You should talk to me about ClearNet they have those features and more..
"Mike" is also a 2-way radio at 10 cents per minute to users in your group
and it's a pager capable of receiving messages from a phone, P.C. or via
the InterNet.. All their billing is by the second not rounded up to the next
minute. Every Bell or Cantel bill I have converted to ClearNet's rates
comes out to be about 20 to 35 % cheaper.
