Yeah, I checked PMSHELL.EXE first up.  Christ, any wonder OS/2 eats RAM
when booted!  Something like 28 DLLs are called from within that one file.

I always run utes with no parameters the first time, and if they've been
coded decently, up pops the help screen.  Yours was no different.
