According to Novell, there is a utility on your server to recreate the 
schema, which contains the various objects. This will not restore a 
user_template object, but will put the template object back in the list. They 
suggest you do the following:
Map drive F: to SYS:SYSTEM\SCHEMA
From the public directory, run:
NDSSCH F:AUDITING.SCH
NDSSCH F:NAM.SCH
NDSSCH F:NLS.SCH
NDSSCH F:NRD.SCH
NDSSCH F:NWADMIN.SCH
This series of instructions should repair your schema.
