Dark? What's dark? 
  
I own some land in northern Alberta, Canada, where, in summertime, it 
*never* gets really dark. 
  
And even in wintertime, when it *should* be dark most of the time, it 
often isn't, because of the Northern Lights. The North Magnetic Pole is 
just up the road a bit.
