Yah can see that too.  My life circumstances can change
fairly radically in short order though, so the chip is an
added safeguard for me.  IF business didn't have me
traveling now and then, and dog going along I probably
wouldn't worry as much about it.

YEp, just means I go outside with her even if she's on her
tether so that I can run him off.
