Check your language file prompts in Elconfig > Manager > Languages >
English > Language Text,  and look at the last several prompts such as
prompts 690 through 715.  (I'm guessing its prompt #709)

If the prompts don't match the default text shown at the top of elconfig,
then press ALT-D to copy the default text to the current prompt, and
repeat for every prompt that is incorrect.

Also check older prompts, from #673 and higher as these are used for
the IRC functions.

I don't have any ideas on why AMU failed, but if the issue is reproducable
then perhaps someone can try to fix it since Dave released 3.20 as
open source.
