A simple solution would be to use the XCOPY command, which is part
of Windows (and DOS). Use the /s parameter to include subdirectories.
Type "xcopy /?" for a list of all the parameters.

Another solution would be to simply ZIP your BBS folder up each night.

Either way, you could use a batch file utility called xset to create an
environment variable containing the current date, so that each backup
directory (or .zip) has a unique name related to the backup date.
