That's called TAPI - Telephony API. You need to use the same comm
pplication
you did under 95 for this to work. A free one is Hyperterminal Personal
Edition v3.0 from Hilgraeve (www.hilgraeve.com) - haven't used it yet but may
be all you need. Commercial ones include Qmodem for Win95 and Procomm Plus
for Win95. They need to be 95/NT-specific...
