Have you tried TpPatch ?

TPPATCH.ZIP     9691 19-08-02  Patch for Turbo Pascal programs run on PII-
                               200mHz or greater.  Fixes "Divide by zero"
                               ("Error 200") errors. Some
programs here (like
                               Seal) will need this patch applied. Also see
                               UNP below!
