:-)  Welcome to the echo. The more the merrier! 
MQBE is short for Mini Quilt Block Exchange.. basically, anyone who wants to 
play will make a block for that month's winner; then on the first of next 
month, a new winner will be drawn from those names (those who sent in blocks 
previously.)  The M is to distinguish this from the QBE, which is an 
identical 12.5 inch block exchange.  The mini blocks for this one are 6.5 
inch size.  The rules for both exchanges are posted every now and then by the 
person who started the whole thing.. I don't have a copy handy or I'd repost 
them for you.
