subject: Daylight Saving Time

In North America (*not* in Europe or other places), clocks are advanced
an hour on the first Sunday in April, and put back on the last Sunday
in October.

However, the glorious leadership has decided that this rule shall be
changed, effective next year. We're going to have several more weeks of
Daylight Saving Time, which will presumably be good for sales of
bikinis and bad for sales of snowshoes.

Does anyone here know exactly what the new rule will be? How can I
figure out when the clocks will change next year?
