    Well to be fair, with the Jackass-in-Chief George Worthless Bush being 
appointed as a "Representative" of America we're already 60% into the 
Cataclysmic Wars territory.  With Captain Senile & Fund-A-Mentalcase 
Paranoid-Psycho-Bimbo being given a fair shake as electable leaders, the 
whole Mass Nuclear Destruction scenario is coming closer every day.  The 
bread and butter of the Godless Oppressive Pervert Party revolves entirely 
around Ruthless Police States (mainly to keep every moron that sees the GOP 
as "Tolerable Representation" under an iron thumb).

    It only takes a semi-intelligent human-level machine to see that the 
current state of the majority of the world is a symptom of the ruling 
species of humanity.  A rather intelligent machine would recognize that the 
smarter humans are trying their hardest to keep civilization from collapsing 
every day and are being oppressed by the rapid-breeding "no self-control" 
underclass.
