No not next to... go live **under** the sea. The North Sea Oil wells are
not next to the sea they are way down under it.

What is more you'd be living under a cold rough sea.

OK but relative to the real economy it was  2 buildings coming down & a
small number of firms stopping trading (most only temporarily)
