Just abusing the sources, as so many do -- can you point out ANY Biblical basis
for the death penalty being associated with the Noachide laws? (the Noachide
laws all originate from the Bible, where God instructed Noah(as the new
father/representative of humanity) as to the rules that were at that time
universally in effect (the "ten commandments" are merely a select
example of
the laws that were specific to ISRAEL)

Just because these courts claim to represent Noachide Laws(which were given by
God to Noah) doesn't make it SO!!!
