A friend of mine, Ludo Maes, visited the station some three weeks
ago. He told me that Mr. Frantz has a lot of work on his transmitter.
He will answer reception reports but it is absolutely not on the top
of his to-do-list. Ludo told me also that he thinks the transmitter is
not really radiating 50 KW because the meter on one of the panels was 
only giving a readout of about 20 percent of that power.
