      Title: Frozen Strawberry Cream
 Categories: Desserts
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4 c  Fresh strawberries
      6 tb Sugar
  1 1/3 c  Cottage cheese
      3 tb Lemon juice
 
  Puree strawberries in blender and transfer to mixing bowl.  Stir in
  sugar. Add cottage cheese and lemon juice to blender and liquefy.
  Transfer creamed mixture to bowl holding berries and beat smooth with
  rotary mixer. Transfer to shallow container. Cover with wax paper and
  freeze firm. 2-3 hrs 1 fruit 1 protien
