I agree with you.
CB->I agree that everyone learns best when they are interested in the
ubject,
CB->but I also think people should be able to learn "stuff" that they aren't
CB->particulary interested in either.
'cause not only do we have to learn things in education (reading ,
writing 'rithmatic ect) but we have to in life. Every job has some
aspect that we'd rather not learn to do but do anyway. (like
grading) I think this guy wants to remake the whole world. Do I
understand that he wrote around the turn of the century? It seems
like there was a lot of utopian stuff being written and done
experimentally at that time.
