I'm fine thanks ;)

Yes, you're right, but sometimes if i remember the filename it's easier to
request it (if it's a file aviable on the fidonet).
SDO> E.g. if you need

That's right, but.. i think in some ways the internet is a bit cold. You
don't have a points/nodelist, you can't call a system, where you can get
a talk with the sysop, you can go onto a homepage, but it's not the same. (i
know there is telnet bbs'es, i'm a sysop of one too).
Maybe it's the thought about, we are all users of the network at the
internet, in the fidonet we are the people, there running it. People need
the RC/NC, they don't get any mail without he and he's system.
Can you see my point? :)
SDO> This is just a wasting of time -- to compare Fidonet and Internet.
SDO> They are quite different and they serve to different needs. If you
SDO> are annoyed by capitalists, well you can choose not to use Internet
SDO> for your needs.
I'm not paranoid about capitalists, i just think about the thought, the
internet were founded of non-capitalists, but now it's "owned" by
capitalists... So i think... "Hey! I missed a point!"
A greate example is, for a couple of years ago, it was free to send sms's
from the internet to danish cedullar phones, it'snt anymore.. Newssites and
so on, is going to cost money.
SDO> If you don't care about that like usually people do
SDO> then you'll use Internet as it's the net of the future. Millions of
SDO> people can't imagine their lives now without Internet (and I am one
SDO> of them 'cause Internet is one of my main sources of fresh

SDO> only his/her problem.
Yeah, boys have girls friends there are living in a long distance, maybe
they don't have seen eachother, but i won't make a difference.
