Not really.  If you had tried that with my German shepherd, you would have
been bitten.  As the alpha dog of your four dogs, that indicates to me you
spent a lot of time training them.  Also, you don't state what breeds your
four dogs are.  That can make a difference.  In any case, I do not know of
any stranger that can walk up to a dog gnawing on a bone and take it away.
