Hello All.

3 questions in one:

1. i'd like to implement some rules on my squid proxy to prvent obscene 
content from showing up to children who visit my netcafe.

    1.1 is there a list of porn sites and some nifty way to import it to    
squidĦs config so i don't have to add sites by hand?.

2. How do i implement delay pools fro files downloaded thru the proxy eg: 
mp3, zip, exe etc.

Please be a specific and clear as possible.
