You need to have a 50 Ohm terminator at each end of the cable. You will also 
need two "T" connectors for the computers. Like so:
              "T" Connector       RG58A/U Cable        "T" Connector 
       
Terminator-> O|---|---|_________________________________|---|---O 
-Terminator
                  |                                         |
              Computer 1                                Computer 2
