 Since this is happens only with version 1, I wouldn't hold my breath
 waiting for a fix . I'm actually surprised that such an obvious bug even
 exists! I just hope Borland heals its problems and ends up staying
 around to develop and _support_ things like Delphi (they gotta keep us
 VB defectors happy)

 book about attending Vbits 95 and Dan Appleman probably spending hours
 "typing"  to optimize VB4 code to run as fast as a Delphi app that was
 hastily put together (THAT is the most convincing argument to switch
 to Delphi that I've seen so far )
