Hello All,

It is not necessary anymore to place flavour in 'route nopack' statement
and it is not used there anyway. The 'route' description in the
documentation was extremely crooked and, moreover, not everything was
correct. The description is now given in compliance with actual
functionality and it is greatly expanded.

Unfortunately, the quality of converting documentation from texinfo to
markdown_github when generating a wiki leaves much to be desired. Anyone
who has the makeinfo program can get the normal documentation in html from
source:

cd hpt/doc
LC_ALL=C makeinfo --html --no-split hpt.texi

And I hope that Max Vasilyev will generate and post the normal
documentation for those who cannot do this. :)
