I love cottage cheese as well, especially with fresh fruit. It's
a great snack for the mid-afternoon, because my lunch is over at
11:00, but if I eat dinner much before 6, I'm starving at 3 am.

It's rare for me not to have cottage cheese in the refrigerator.
