I cant recall anything that restricts on number f files downloaded, however
if you are really adventurous you could try and code it yourself in
Mex.....;-)
Without actually doing this my thinking is that you could replace the
DOWNLOAD command with a MEX script that captures the filenames requried, and
counts them. When your limit is reached (say 5), set a spare user flag that
is tested before the download function is entered, and if the flag is set,
dont allow filenames to be entered. Of course wou would need to reset this
flag before the person could download more files but that could be done when
the person logged in (if reset per call) or if the login was on a newer date
to their last login (if reset per day), etc....
