        Here in Oklahoma, John, one can obtain the original birth 
certificate, 
if you can show cause to a judge. There is a judge (whose name I will not 
mention here) who is prone to release for you. If you can get me a netmail 
address or internet email address, or whatever, I will give you the 
information.
