I want to let everyone know that  a new version of NetSerial released
over the weekend. NetSerial is a virtual COM port and Virtual Modem
for Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista which creates up to 256
com ports. Using it's Virtual Modem mode, it becomes a telnet server
for either Win32 BBS software like EleBBS, or any DOS based BBS
with or without NetFoss.

It's a commercial product, but has a sysop discounted price of $25.
