I have been monitoring this ECHO for approximately a month now and have 
noticed it appears to be difficult for certain individuals to remain even 
on the peripherals of Topic. For example, why is it that there seems to be 
little or no mention of how to properly manage the assets of the Home 
Office? The alleged opportunities offered here or anywhere else would be
virtually useless even if they were on Topic simply because there doesn't
appear to be much concern in the asset management issue. How does one take
advantage of even a realistic opportunity when they don't exhibit any in-
terest in managing what they have? I haven't seen one serious question 
concerning it.
