I'll bet it does, if you take into account the rest of Europe is on the
same DST.

Perhaps just those in your circle of influence. Business commerce requires
somebody to be awake during day.

Actually, you should be on the same time as the French. GMT 0 runs right
through France and Spain, as well as England. GMT 0 +30 would be more like
it for Spain. Portugal should be GMT 0 -30.
