There's an old saying -- "A good big man will always beat a good little
man."
But it isn't politically correct to point out that in that case, an even
littler woman is at a disadvantage.
And take another look at the fracas -- this was a scuffle, as you
described it -- and it degenerated into a deadly force situation. Why?
Because the officer couldn't hold up her end without trying deadly
force.
