  Depending on where you are in Little Rock (Pulaski County), the price
can be as much as 20 cents a gallon different...and it's cheaper in
neighboring counties!!

  The local Kroger chain offers "reward points"...for every $100 you
spend in groceries, you get 10 cents a gallon off in gasoline. The
caveats are that there is a limit up to $1 off...and the fuel points for
the current month expire at the end of the following month...you can't
keep accumulating them.

  One time, I had 80 cents a gallon built up, and with the price of gas,
at one Kroger Fuel Stop, I got the gas for 86 cents a gallon!! :)
