That is my understanding, but some sources I looked up state, with good
supporting arguments, that the wicked forces were cast out of heaven at
the time Christ ascended, or similar. Since Ephesians was written after
the crucifixion, resurrection & ascension of Jesus, I take it as still
happening, but I may be wrong.
