I think I saw Shauna Charron say to SYLVIA LEWIS on 18 Jun 97 12:28:02:

A great idea. I found a great discount quilting mailorder place (has a
website too!) that sells a batting sampler for $4.50 and it has 12 different
12 inch square samples of battings, including some of the the Hobbs ones that
Harriet Hargraves recommends, plus a sample of Warm & Natural and a few other
brands. The place is called PineTree Quiltworks, the catalog is free (not a
fancy catalog), and their phone is (207) 799-7357 or Internet email to
aardvark@mainelink.net and ask for a catalog. No affiliation, etc etc. I
don't see the web page listed on the order form but I know you can find it by
going to www.yahoo.com and searching for pinetree. :-)
