Make make your poll.cmd just rename the H.x.xxx.xxx#xxxxxxxx to C.x.xxx 
in your outbound dir so at poll time you just have to run poll.cmd as an 
event if H.x. does not exist at poll time create it with poll.cmd just use a 
if exist etc..
