I like the Kensington Expert Mouse.  4 programmable buttons.  I
have 1 programmed for double click and another for hold while
drag'n'drop.  The drivers for OS/2 and Win95 are speed adjustable,
so that 1 movement can go all the way across the screen diagonally.
