Title: Green Chili Sauce

Yield: 4 servings
1 Clove garlic minced
2 tb Olive oil
2 4 oz cans diced green
Chilies drained
3 md Tomatoes peeled and chopped
4 Scallions or green onions
Thinly sliced or
1 sm Onion finely chopped
1/2 c Chicken broth
1/4 ts Salt
In a medium saucepan, cook the 1 clove minced garlic in olive oil over
medium heat for about 30 seconds. Add the drained diced green chilies
peeled, chopped tomatoes scallions or green onions chicken broth and
salt. Bring the sauce mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and boil sauce
gently uncovered stirring occasionally until most of the liquid is
evaporated, about 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
