First choose an Operating System to use:
Windows, Linux, OS/2, or DOS.

If you choose Windows, then you will need both the Win32
version of EleBBS 0.09g1, and a command line unzip tool,
such as PKUNZIP.EXE version 2.04g.

Step by step instructions for using the automatic installer
(INSTALL.BAT) are listed in INSTALL.TXT. Both these files
are included in EB09GW.ZIP

Once it's installed, you should update the binaries to the
latest 2006 version. There is not an installer available for
the updated binaries so manually replace the binaries
after 0.09g1 is running.
