Only after nuclear development had stopped, they never stopped did they?
The fact that bush labeled them as part of the triangle of evil says to me
that the US was probably aware of their nuclear development program long
before they finally admitted they still had it (I really don't think they
would have come out and said it if it were a well kept secret do you?). I
don't think it's unreasonable to assume that there was a lot of behind the
scenes stuff going on and that those plants were withheld on purpose
because our gov knew they had not stopped their nuke development projects.

Son of Sam admitted he killed a bunch of people, he was honest too. Doesn't
