What makes you think there has been any change? From what I can see it
looks to me like nothing changed except now they are trying to use the fact
that it's happening to get some kind of concessions or something. I'm not
really sure what they expect to accomplish other than being a distraction
during the Iraq thing.

You made a comment about NK being a problem for China, Russia and possibly
Japan more so than to the US. I happen to agree with that assesment but
only until they start selling nuclear weapons to others. (like iraq)
