A short rgrep found an hpt/TODO file:

- remote change areafixpwd, pktpwd, ticpwd, filefixpwd by links [done by AL]

So i guess it's not documented. Or maybe it is. But for the *fix %help
answer i see the option of a customized helpfile by the sysop. This had to
be updated in case of new features manually.
