Man, this guy started out nuts.  How this whole Nazi thing started was Hitler 
walked into a bar with a gun and said that the first person that walked out 
would be shot.  He then proceeded to tell his plan that became known as the 
Nazi party.  Needless to say, he had a captive audience.
