 Actually, you can make a 31.2 connection to a usr modem. But it gave me 
 some hassle. Thus, i rather limiting it by +ms=v34,1,300,28800 
 But the supra connects pretty well in answer mode at 31.2 with any other
 modems. I hope supra's working on the code and will make it more reliable.
