Yes, I have buzzing samples similar to that which you describe as well.
I especially like to take a sample like that, assign two pointers to its 
data, pan one voice 2/3 to the right and the other 2/3 to the left while 
altering the pitch of one either up or down one octave so as to get a nice, 
full, stereo resonance.
