Has anybody tried the netware 3.2 enhancement package? For 3.12 users, it's a $349 upgrade per server (not per user). Apparently it incorporates all known fixes and upgrades to 3.12, a Windows based SYSCON, new clients for DOS, win3.11, Win95, WinNT, OS/2, unix, etc, plus an evaluation copy of Intranetware.
