There is an excellent bird veterinarian in Montreal, Dr. Corinna
Lupu.  Her office is at 6090 Sherbrooke St. West in NDG. The

If Dr. Lupu isn't available, the other vet is just as good. And
the staff and assistants all love birds.

I'm amazed that your vet didn't recommend you take your bird
there. The vet who looks after our cats refuses to treat birds,
