This is just great ! I'm egyptian. And I'm there every Year... In Hurgada
you can go diving anywhere ! Anything you want , you'll get it !
Really ! There are so many diving trips... about 5 each day for each ship
in a hotel... My uncle works in a Hotel there... He's a diving teacher who
is the owner of some ships and has all equipment you need... 
In every hotel or Village you will surely find at least one diving club
which organises many many trips to different isles and places... You can rent
all the equipment from there or get your own things...You can buy books and
magazines about all diving areas at the hotel you'll be in...
Actually , there are no dangers as you will be in a group of about ten to
twenty people...The people in Egypt are very nice and helpfull, especially
with tourists...
So just ask me about what you want , and I will reply as soon as possible...
