Ah...yes....but it's only once a month and Janis had given me the TIC
software and told me how to use it.  The offer is appreciated.  If Shannon
is unable to get the stuff to Janis, then I'll take ya up on it.

I don't maintain a blacklist...but use several external ones, some trap
spammers, others trap sometime spammer ip addresses and another bunch look
for open mail relays.

Most of them simply drop the IP after a period of time and wait for another
"event"....or allow the ISP to have them removed.

With as many customers as Bellsouth has, it's entirely possible that one of
them might have been infected with a virus and appeared to be a spammer.

Most of the big ISPs are pretty good at getting themselves delisted if
their customoers bring the problem to their attention.
